Management Association for Perspectives

We connect excellent management students with companies

The MAP talent development programme supports committed business administration students at the University of Münster with a focus on management. Our mission is to accompany their individual development in a targeted manner, to develop their potential and to actively support them on their way to responsible management roles.

"As co-founder and long-standing CFO of MAP, I am delighted to see how the initiative has developed into a dynamic platform for entrepreneurial students. MAP is highly committed to promoting a diversity of perspectives and empowering young talents to successfully lead companies through transformations and crises."

Prof. Dr. Johann Nils Foege - Universität Münster

"What I particularly appreciate about MAP is the open dialogue between practice and students. The programme promotes independent thinking and an entrepreneurial spirit."

Prof. Dr. David Bendig - Universität Münster

The MAP talent development programme is aimed at all business administration students at the University of Münster who have a strong interest in management and have already chosen a management specialisation. The aim of the programme is to accompany and support the individual development of its members.

What we offer:

  • Network of excellent Master's students at the University of Münster
  • Contact to strong practice partners
  • Regional and national company workshops
  • Factory tours
  • Soft skills training
  • Team building events
  • Placement in working student jobs, internships and direct entry positions

As part of the company workshops, students can apply and improve their knowledge and analytical thinking to practical problems. In addition, soft skills - such as presentation techniques and organisational management - are promoted in a targeted and individual manner. Four partner events are organised each year to provide an insight into the corporate culture and management-related challenges in the industry. Two further internal training and team-building events round off the MAP year.
